Police believe it was Peter's who locked an elaborate "collar bomb" around Miss Pulver's neck, a device which took police ten hours to remove under constant fear of explosion. Ultimately, the bomb was not real, but the terror was, and so are the years Mr. Peters will lose in jail if convicted. |

DOCUMENTS released by a US court early today have outlined in graphic detail allegations of Sydney teenager Maddie Pulver's collar-bomb hoax night of terror.
