U.S. stock futures up before open

European markets stabilize on rumors of Fed action. At 9:30 AM EST the UK FTSE 100, French CAC 40 and German DAX are all up  - and now the Dow itself has just opened up 87 points. Nice to see some good news for a change- and, no, the linked article doesn't carry all of that info on the foreign markets- I could not find an article that put all of this information together, and there probably won't be one until market close.
