New Delhi bomb attack: three held in Kashmir

The Daily Telegraph reports that three suspects are in custody regarding yesterday's attack, including the owner of the internet cafe from which it is believed an email claiming responsibility was sent. Authorities are still uncertain whether Harkat-ul-Jihad Islami, which claimed credit for the terrorist attack in the email, is actually responsible for the bombing whose death toll is, as of this morning, twelve.
