The wolves are circling RealCatholicTV

And now they've struck home.

Catholic News Agency reports that RealCatholicTV lost its non-profit status two years ago, yet still solicits donations as a 501(c)3.

Mr. Voris says he was unaware his non-profit has been legally dissolved for two years. Somebody should bring the boss up to speed.

Come to think of it, I believe him. Nobody would be operating this openly, this publicly, without legal status if they were aware of that fact. RCTV has some staffing problems, one presumes.

The CNA story also details some racy writings by staff apologist and program host Simon Rafe, though there might be more smoke than fire here. Even smoke is bad for a professional moralist, though. Mr. Rafe probably does not have as much leeway as a Graham Greene, for instance. You decide.
