Libyan rebels carry out reprisal attacks

Disturbing evidence of reprisal killings against Gaddafi loyalists is tarnishing the reputation of rebel forces today as the National Transitional Council calls for discipline among its troops. Bodies of Gaddafi soldiers have been found in Tripoli, the victims of apparent execution-style killings, with hands bound behind their backs and visible gunshot wounds.
