Deacon assaulted in Lebanon

In a rather murky case, a Deacon and a television staff member were assaulted in two separate incidents by villagers in Lassa, Lebanon, last night. Deacon Tony Halim was treated for injuries at a local hospital, while the television staff member, Roger William Hannah, was beaten up but managed to flee to a local army check point. Security personnel escorted Mr. Hannah from the village. It would be interesting to know just what exactly was going on in Lassa last night.
